Sarapan Pizza/Martabak Mie

pagi ini dikala senggang mau nulis sesuatu, akhirnya terpikirlah mau posting menu sarapan karena perut lapar, sebenarnya ide aslinya juga belum tau, jadi resep ini sesuai kondisi yang sering dikerjakan saja

Resep Martabak Mie Sederhana
Bahan :

1.Telur ayam 2 Butir
2. Mie Instan atau mie basah
3.Terigu 5 sendok makan

Bahan Campuran :

1.Wortel 1 Batang Potong dadu
2.Kentang 1 Biji potong kecil
3.Garam Secukupnya
4. Gula Secukupnya
5.Opsi lain bisa gunakan langsung bumbu dari mie instan

Cara membuat :

1. Rebus Mie Instan sampai lunak atau sesuai selera
2. Rebus Wortel dan kentang di tempat terpisah sampai lunak dinginkan
3.Campur semua bahan telur bumbu dikocok sampai menyatu
4.Masukkan bahan mie dan bahan campuran aduk rata
5.Beri tepung sedikit demi sedikit
6.Goreng dalam minyak panas dengan bentuk sesuai selera, jika punya oven bisa di panggang dalam oven membentuk Pizza
7.Sajikan dengan saus sambal dan kecap
